  • Exceeding allocated server resources, such as CPU, RAM, or bandwidth limits.
  • Hosting malicious software, unauthorized game modifications, or prohibited content.

  • Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or engaging in other forms of network abuse.
  • Reselling server resources or services without prior written authorization.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We are committed to providing reliable hosting services, as outlined below:

  • A 99.9% uptime guarantee for all hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance.
  • Support ticket response times within 12 hours for general inquiries.
  • Priority handling and immediate response for critical technical issues.
  • Automatic compensation for verified service interruptions exceeding our SLA guarantee.
  • Scheduled maintenance notifications provided at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Our billing and payment policies include:

  • Services are billed monthly in advance unless specified otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment gateways.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in service suspension or termination.
  • All fees are non-refundable except in cases of verified SLA violations or billing errors.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your services without prior notice if you:

  • Violate any provision of these terms of service.
  • Engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
  • Fail to make timely payments for the services provided.
  • Misuse server resources or compromise network infrastructure.
  • Generate an excessive number of abuse complaints from third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, prepaid fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
